High and low temperature protection: After the temperature sensor reaches the limit value, it reaches delay protection, and the control circuit controls to close and stop charging and discharging.
The lithium battery protection board also has functions such as power detection, power display, battery status display, and remote communication control. If the voltage of the lithium battery pack is lower than the alarm value, there will be an alarm message. If the voltage is too low, it will automatically power off to protect the battery (specific functions of the protection board need to be communicated with the manufacturer).

3. Box structure
According to the requirements of electrical equipment, design corresponding shell structures, usually including plastic shells, metal shells, simple PVC heat shrink, etc.

4. Lithium battery PACK process

For the lithium iron phosphate battery pack, the excellent performance of PACK is crucial. Good equipment, experienced technicians, mature management mode and strict manufacturing requirements are required to ensure that there will be no omissions in the welding, testing, aging, pre shipment inspection and other important links of the lithium battery pack, so that the quality of the produced lithium battery pack can be guaranteed.
